DEA Certificate

RLI's DEA Certificate of Registration as a reverse distributor is RE0215675. The certificate permits RLI to receive Schedules I, II, III-V and all "listed chemicals."

RLI's hazardous waste generation status is a large-quantity generator, based on the criteria set forth in 40 CFR 261.5. RLI generates greater than 1000 kg/month total hazardous waste or greater than 1 kg/month (2.2 lbs) P-listed waste (e.g., epinephrine, nicotine, nitroglycerine).
